Our Wedding Day Details & Vendors (+ lots of photos!)
/I can’t believe it has already been over a month since Chris and I said “I do”! It really does feel like we were walking down the aisle just yesterday, and I still haven't gotten over how perfect that day was for us. I have been asked countless times if I loved how our wedding turned out and in all honestly - our wedding day turned out more beautiful than I had ever imaged. I really couldn’t have dreamt up a more perfect day. We were beyond lucky to have the best vendors and team to help put together our dream day and I am so excited to gush about everyone we worked with below to you all!
We started working with Marvyl from Team Wedding back in January, who helped make our dream wedding a reality and who also made the entire process so smooth and enjoyable. I have said this before and I will say it again and again, hiring a wedding planner is a must in my book!
Marvyl helped recommend and choose our various vendors and I kid you not - we had the dream team of vendors. Below I will list everyone we worked with, additional comments on some of them, plus tons & tons of wedding photos! If you love any of the below images, don’t forget to “Pin” them to your wedding inspiration board! (: xx Heather

Vendors & Details
Wedding Planner: Marvyl at Team Wedding
Photography: T&K Photography - literally the sweetest duo and they capture the most stunning shots!! I think all the photos I shared below speak for themselves 🙌🏻
Videography: Haven Media - so so soooo talented and has a really great eye for unique angles. I’m also obsessed with our wedding video.
Floral: LB Floral - floral was super important to me and Leslie seriously went above and beyond. Our wedding was very floral and greenery heavy and she did a stunning job on everything. I would recommend her again and again!
Venue: The Quarry - Chris and I wanted to tie the knot in a unique place and this fit the bill perfectly. Our guests still haven’t stopped raving about how pretty of a location it was!
DJ: Sammy at Ogle Entertainment - Sammy was so much fun and played the perfect music for each part of our day! He also added tons of colorful up-lights once it got dark out that made it such a fun atmosphere for dancing!
Caterer: Bradford Catered Events - we ended up doing fajitas and it was sooo delicious!! Our guests loved the food and Diane was really great to work with.
Cake: Publix - we chose funfetti cake accompanied by chocolate and vanilla cupcakes!
Hair: Claudia Nicole Hair - Claudia has been doing my cut and color for over a year now, so of course I was going to have her do my wedding hair!! I absolutely loved how it turned out and could not recommend her enough!
Dress: Posh Bridal Nashville - seriously the sweetest ladies there and they have so many beautiful options! I have a couple friends that have gone there and said “yes!” to the dress as well!
Details: Happily Ever Etched - I absolutely love this company and was so excited to work with them! They created the most beautiful signs, customized glasses, and other details that really personalized our wedding day and made it all come together! Our name holders for the head table, Champagne glasses, bridesmaid glasses, the “wifey” and hubby” signs on our head chairs, and more were from them! I would highly recommend them for all the little wedding day details 💕
Veil & Jewelry: Sara Gabriel - Another place I couldn’t recommend enough. They have the most stunning veils and jewelry. They also allow you to try two veils on at home to help with your decision! I chose the “Erika” veil. For jewelry, I wore their Tesla earrings and their Emily bracelet. I also gifted my bridesmaids their Pippa earrings in gold/clear!
Suits: The Black Tux - the boys looked so handsome and their suits fit them so well! I loved that they looked custom and the ordering/returning process from The Black Tux was so so simple!
Getting Ready Robes: BHLDN - I really loved my bridesmaid’s robes - the colors were so similar to our wedding colors! For my robe, I chose the Showstoppper Cover-Up and loveeeddd it!! It photographed so well and was beautiful.
Bridesmaid Dresses: Bella Bridesmaids - I love that Bella Bridesmaids has locations all over the US, so it made it super easy and simple for all my bridesmaids to go try on the different dress styles and pick out their dresses! They also have endless color and dress options - we went with various Jenny Yoo dresses in the color “Sea Glass”!
Wedding Shoes: Sam Edelman
Wedding Invitations: Minted - we chose the “ethereal bouquet all-in-one” invitation and our guests loved them! They are less expensive than normal invites and so simple! I loved that the RSVP card was attached and a postcard, which made it really simple for our guests to send back.
